1. How do I get started?
Go to our rates page and fill out the form for a quote. Give a brief description of your project, what kind of help you are seeking and when you need it completed. We will get back to you with an estimate. Our office hours are 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
2. Which stylebook do you follow?
We are experts at AP and Chicago style, and can adapt to whatever writing style you need. If you have a style guide, you can send it to us ahead of the project. If you aren't sure which style you want to follow, we will guide you through that process.
3. Do you provide same-day service?
Yes, we can have your project back to you on the same day, if that is what you need. If you are seeking same-day service, indicate that in the subject line of your initial email.
4. Do you provide service over the weekend or on holidays?
We may be able to accommodate your last-minute requests on weekends or holidays. Just ask!
5. How do I pay?
You can pay by Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.
6. Do you have a minimum page count or word count to accept a project?
There is no minimum required.
7. Do you give any discounts?
Yes, inquire about our discounts for nonprofits and students attending accredited institutions.
8. Can I expect my documents to stay confidential?
We guarantee the confidentiality of everything we edit.
